Terms of Use

1. Service

Instaweb12h, the business operating the service, designs and launches brochure websites for businesses, according to the chosen plan. Instaweb12h is operated by Ayart Création inc.

2. Timeframe: 12 production hours

The website is delivered in 12 production hours. This timeframe starts when the deposit and essential documents are received. Client delays do not count: the timer pauses while we wait on the client (documents, answers, review of the preview). It is therefore not a guaranteed delivery within 12 consecutive hours.

3. Pricing and payment

• Prices are in Canadian dollars, excluding taxes.
• A 50% deposit is required to start; the balance is due upon approval, before launch.
• Start of production: production begins once we have received the 50% deposit AND the essential documents requested in the chat (texts, logo, photos). Cancellation: if you cancel before production begins, your deposit is refunded in full within 10 business days, to the original payment method. If you cancel after production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable: it covers the production work already performed, and no balance will be charged. Pause and abandonment: while we wait for your documents, replies or approval of the preview, the 12-hour clock is paused. The pause may last up to 30 days; after that time without news from you, the request is closed, the deposit paid is kept if production had begun, and no balance is due. You may open a new request afterwards.
• Peace of Mind Maintenance is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.

4. Revisions

The number of included revision rounds depends on the plan. Additional requests are subject to a fixed-price quote.

5. Supplied content

You guarantee that you hold the rights to the text, logos and photos you provide. You retain ownership of your content.

6. Domain and hosting

The domain is registered in the client's name, and the client retains ownership. After the included first year, renewal is covered by Peace of Mind Maintenance or may be transferred.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned. We are not responsible for indirect losses.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
