In accordance with Quebec's Law 25, the person responsible for the protection of personal information is designated by title: President, Ayart Création inc. 2. Information collected

• Name, email address, phone number and business name;
• Industry, selected plan and project description;
• Files sent through the chat (logo, photos, text);
• Payment information, processed by our provider Stripe.

3. Purposes of collection

Your information is used solely to process your website creation request, produce your website, communicate with you and handle billing. We never sell your information.

4. Consent

Before confirming your request, you accept the Terms and this Policy. You can withdraw your consent by emailing contact@instaweb12h.com. Withdrawal may prevent us from continuing the work; information required by legal obligations remains retained.

5. Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as needed to complete the engagement and meet our legal obligations, then securely destroyed. Reasonable technical and organizational measures protect your data.

6. Disclosure to third parties

Service providers include Lovable/Supabase for hosting, the database and storage, and Stripe for payments. This policy does not assert any server hosting country.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your information and to request its correction. You may also request its deletion and file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec. To exercise these rights, write to contact@instaweb12h.com.

8. Privacy incidents

If an incident poses a risk of serious harm, we will notify the affected individuals and the Commission d'accès à l'information.

Statistics and technical cookies

Lovable provides website visit statistics. These statistics may load before separate consent. Technical cookies and browser storage are used for security, administrator sign-in, language selection and resuming the chat. Unsubmitted answers are kept in the tab session; no attached file is kept in this storage.
